Eugene C. Hammons, President and founder of Creekside Investment Management, Inc. has over fifty years of experience in the investment business. He commenced his career in the mid-1950's managing portfolios of some of the key accounts for a regional brokerage firm where he later became a principal and resident manager.
For five years prior to the formation of CIMI (Creekside Investment Management, Inc.), Mr. Hammons was the mid-west regional manager of M. H. Investment Counsel, Inc. (a subsidiary of Manufacturers Hanover Corporation) and of its successor organization, Mitchell Hutchins, a broker affiliated investment advisory firm. Although his principal responsibility extended to all client relationships for the firm, he was also directly responsible for the day-to-day management of client assets.
For over twelve years, Mr. Hammons' principal business was in the capacity of an asset planning consultant for endowment, foundation and employee benefit pension funds. His duties included liability modeling and forecasting, asset allocation, manager selection and performance measurement.
Mr. Hammons attended the University of Houston and is a graduate of the Investment Bankers of America and Wharton School of Finance.
At CIMI, Mr. Hammons has the principal responsibilities of portfolio management and security research.

S. Jacquelyn Padfield, Vice President, joined CIMI in 1992. She has had over thirty years of experience in the investment business. She started her career with Loomis, Sayles & Co. Inc. where she assisted in managing some of the firm's key accounts. Prior to joining Creekside, she served as Senior Vice President for Investments at Heritage Trust Company (now Northern Trust Company) in Houston. In addition, she has had extensive experience as an asset planning consultant connected with Meidinger Asset Planning Inc., consulting with a wide array of employee benefit plan sponsors throughout the Southwest.
Ms. Padfield received her B.S. degree from the University of Virginia.
At CIMI, Ms. Padfield has responsibilities for equity trading, client services and administration.

Patricia A. Gold, Office Administrator, joined CIMI in April 1999. She has over fifteen years of experience in the administrative field.
Mrs. Gold received her A.A. degree from Blinn College in Brenham, Texas.
Mrs. Gold has responsibilities for office administration, marketing support and new accounts.
